Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, has stated that Labour Party presidential candidate in the 2023 general election, Peter Obi, is not above the law and must publicly apologise and pay a ₦25,000 fine over an alleged violation of airport parking regulations.
